Water temperature was 80.4 F. Over 1000 competitors from elite to sprint teams and including 500 age graded entrants. Most competitors I spoke to were 3/4 minutes over their targets due to the heat/humidity/tide and wind-large amount of walking during the run section especially up the final incline over the Macarthur Causeway.
