Very well organised by two clubs - Born2Tri and Essex Police Tri Club - this was a very enjoyable race with great marshalling and support, including a few local cyclists riding the opposite way around the bike course to cheer us on wherever we passed.

A single lap lake swim, followed by a two lap bike course on quiet country roads and a two lap run on paths and concrete farm tracks.
