Report

Annual event held in Watford's Cassiobury Park on Memorial Sunday. The
race is preceded by 2 mins silence.

Very well organised and runs to time, the race starts with a mile in the
park then crosses West Herts golf course and into Whippendell Woods. The
route is rather hilly and the surface changes from grass to rutted
tracks, the area is scenic and the sun came out for my final mile
through the park to the finish. Well worth making the trip to Watford,
the race is followed by tea and cakes at the nearby Sun Postal Club.
