Conditions were lovely: cool, sunny, although a slight wind may have slowed times a fraction.

The Rainforest 10k is organised very professionally, with chips for all runners, a flat 3-lap course around Victoria Park, lead cyclist (tho' I didn't see him for very long), water station, plenty of facilities for spectators and a giant inflatable finish arch. There is also a kids' fun-run of approximately one mile held before the main race. Most of the Victoria Park 10ks start near the Victoria Park Harriers Club House.
