Report

Race conditions: Exposed - freezing in east wind (puddles stayed frozen) but dry. Undulating, fairly fast along country roads closed to traffic. Potential for a very enjoyable race if better organised.

Comment: Nice setting and course. Poorly planned parking access led to 30 min delay in getting going (not good on the cold). No mile markersand no one knew when or where the start was. Could do better.
