Swim for Tri training plans – Week 7

Warm-up 4*200 As Swim, Kick, Pull, Drill of choice 30 rest between each 200 800
Sub Set 12*1L Checking that you are finishing the stroke past the hips each stroke – drive the hands past the hips 400
Main Set 6*2L Swim, 200 pull 2L swims are Breathing every 3rd stroke – steady swims (20 rest) and the 200 is concentrating on long smooth strokes (45 rest). Repeat max of three times
