24*1L Practice streamlining off the wall – Push off, 12 kicks before you start the arms 800
Sub Set
6 *2L UP – Catch up
DOWN – relaxed front crawl swim

Main Set 1L easy, 1L hard, 2L easy, 2L hard, 3L easy, 3L hard
Repeat 3 times
60 rest. There should be a difference in the tempo when swimming easy or hard. Don’t forget to check stroke rate 1200
