Again working at your 1500 metre pace – Heart rate about 140/150 – 90 secs rest between each 500 1500
Cool-down Set 6*1L Catch Up +1 Hold the streamlined position for 1 sec 200
  200m Backstroke Steady stretch out after all the front crawl swimming 200
