The free Serpentine training log spreadsheets
This training log spreadsheet is used to record your runs, and calculates your distance over the week, month and year to date. It also keeps track of the distance you have run in each pair of shoes and your personal best for each course or distance.
There are 2 versions of the spreadsheet available for free download (the enhanced versions include marathon predictors and graphs):
- Enhanced training log in miles (312kb) You can also download a zip file (70K).
- Enhanced training log in km (312kb) You can also download a zip file (70K).
If your browser does not readily download the spreadsheet, email the webmaster who will send it to you by email.
The spreadsheet uses functions which are only available in Excel 97 or later.
