Triathlon & Duathlon Racing

Serpies take part in many races both in the UK and abroad over the year. Some will be taking part in their first Sprint or Olympic distance events while many will be going the distance as Ironmen. Use the event planner or join the Serpies Facebook group to find out who is doing what and coordinate transport.Quintin Wright in serpie tri kit

Don't forget: Serpentine is a Triathlon England registered Club, and this gives you a discount on your individual British Triathlon membership. Being a British Triathlon member saves loads on race entries over the course of a year.

Which Races?

There are a few places on the net to look for races. The best place to start is our own event planner as this will list all the races most Serpies are interested in. The other main sites with events listings are British Triathlon, Tri247 and TriFinder. Whichever races you choose, it's a good idea to add them to your MyEvents list so that you can offer/find lifts and fellow Serpies.

When entering races, your club name should be SERPENTINE.

Serpentine organises the annual Jekyll & Hyde Park Hallowe'en duathlon but we encourage members to help with putting the race on rather than racing in it. Instead, why not take part in our club championships?

Club Championships

Races chosen to create a bit of friendly intra-club rivalry. Compete to be the best Serpentine member over the various distances and disciplines.

London League

Score points for Serpentine by racing in various London area triathlons, duathlons and aquathlons. A selection of local races are chosen each year by the London Region of Triathlon England to make a league competition for London clubs.

National Club Relays

Held each August, these provide a rare opportunity for clubs to compete as a team in a relay event where everyone swims, bikes and runs.
