Caroline in pole vault at SAL meetingEach team can have two competitors scoring per event ('A' and 'B' string). On an eight lane track that means that generally the A & B strings will compete together in all races.

Points scoring is a simple: 6-5-4-3-2-1 for each event, the team with the most points wins the fixture; then 6-5-4-3-2-1 for each fixture to determine the league position.

Every point is valuable and it is therefore important that we enter competitors in every event.
