Mile End Stadium

Mile-End Stadium Mile End Stadium is an 8-lane track situated in Mile End Park c.1990, behind the new leisure centre, access is from Rhodeswell Road (on the canal side of the park) although there are paths across the park from Burdett Road. Runtrackdir has lots of details.

Cost for casual use is £2.60, or £20 for a quarterly pass and you will need to say the magic word Serpentine. There are changing rooms and lockers (cost approx 20p.) If you become a member then the price to use the track is £1.50.

Getting There

Mile End is well supported by public transport and has a small car park.

Bike parking is best round the front of the leisure centre where there are shiny racks in a well lit location, although this requires a short walk across the park to the opposite side of the track.

Nearest Tube station is Mile End (about 0.5 mile), zone 2 Hammersmith and City, District, and Central Line.

Buses passing close to Mile End Park are: 25, 277, D6, D7 and N25.
