Committee – Officials Coordinator
Overview
The role of the Officials Coordinator on the Committee is to recruit, organise and arrange the training of club officials.
Specific activities / jobs
- Recruit and/or encourage members to train as qualified officials
- Liaise with UKA and BTF to be aware of when appropriate courses are available
- Maintain a database of qualified officials
- Liaise with club officials to make sure they are available whenever and wherever required
Committee links
- Competition & Team Events rep to ensure sufficient officials are available to travel with the team (T&F generally)
- Race Organisation and Promotion rep to ensure sufficient officials are available for each home or race
