Laura has a particular interest in helping beginner and intermediate runners enjoy the sport and push their boundaries. Over the past few years she's helped people take their first steps towards running 5k and supported runners taking on their first marathon. She leads the foundation track session at Paddington on Monday evenings.
Laura enjoys running anything from 5k to an 80k, as well as doing the occasional triathlon. She teaches beginners how to run and helps them fall in love with running.
