Andrew is a level 1 coach currently co-coaching the half marathon, marathon and triathlon group at Battersea track on Thursday evenings. At regular intervals during the year he is leading discussions on how to structure the training year. Articles on the three main phases of training will be added after each of these discussions. They provide general advice for athletes who are used to racing and looking to improve their race performance for a particular race of 10 miles to marathon.
