more people to assist as marshals from 12.30 to 4pm. Please
contact Ian Hodge if you can
help. It's a great opportunity to see all the racing and then socialise in
the pub afterwards if you're unable to race for some

Course description: Flat scrubland and
playing fields. Normally wet and muddy at the back of the course. Suitable
underground station on the Central Line is 10 mins walk; turn left out of
station, walk up to the Scrubs, turn right. Please check TfL for the most
suitable options for you.
Car parking adjacent to
Linford Christie Stadium is free at the weekends, entrance from Du Cane
Road (satnav postcode W12 OAE) between Hammersmith and Queen Charlotte's
hospitals and Wormwood Scrubs prison. Please note that there is a 6' 6"
height barrier at entrance to car

do not need to enter in advance. You will need to collect your race number
from the Serpentine Team Manager. If you have kept your number from the
Stevenage race, please bring it, as we have been told that these numbers
can be re-used, but don't be surprised if on the day this changes and you
need a new number allocating! Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the
start of your race.
You must run in a Serpentine top. If you do not
yet have your Serpentine top, you can exchange your voucher for one in the
Kit Room on a Wednesday evening. If you won't be able to get to the Kit
Room before the race, please contact the relevant team captain
before noon on Wednesday 2 December and they may be
able to bring a vest along for you.
Listening devices such as i-pods
are not allowed on safety grounds when competing.
