Club 20 mile championship - Bramley

Congratulations to Martin Gaunt and Catherine Wilding who became the 2007 20 mile champions at the Bramley 20.

Serpentine had another successful Bramley 20 (the designated 2007 20 mile Club Championship race) with over 60 finishers.

Both the Serpentine Men and women won the team prizes and there were numerous individual prizes...

Martin Gaunt is the new male Club Champion coming 5th overall in a time of 1:56:12 and Catherine Wilding is the new womens Club Champion coming 4th female overall (and 2nd in the Senior Ladies category) in a time of 2:13:26.

Anthony Stranger-Jones won the 60+ category in a time of 2:20:07 and Greg Stevens came second in the 40-49 age category with a time of 2:02:07

The mens team comprising Martin, Andrew Reeves (6th) and Darren McNeely (9th) won the team prize in a total time of 5:50

Catherine, Jennifer Armson (6th) & Louisa Ruderman (9th) won the womens team prize.

Also Vikki Stringer came 3rd female (2nd Senior) in the 10 mile race (run in conjunction with the 20 miler).
