Our womens' team won their race, ahead of Highgate Harriers, but in the men's race the postions were reversed.

Sarah Pemberton (pictured), led a strong team to victory in the first race of the Metropolitan League this season, with 4 finishers in the top 11. They lead Highgate by 12 points in division one. Serpie results.

The men's race was huge with over 400 starting and once again Highgate Harriers came out on top with Serpentine 2nd and Woodford Green with Essex ladies AC 3rd. Highgate have already established a lead of 163 points over our men's team, who lead WG&EL by just 36 points. Nick Torry was first Serpie across the line. Serpie results.
