Race entries

If you're going on the Serpie trip

I will take everyone's name from the sign up for the trip and enter them for the race, so you don't need to contact me to enter.

If you're travelling independently

You will need to email me, Lisa Pettit the following details before January 5th

  • Your full name as registered on the Serpie database
  • Your date of birth
  • Your England Athletics registration number

Regardless of how you're travelling, if you haven't registered with England Athletics please register and pay via your Serpiebase page.

Foreign Athletes

Please be aware that under English Cross Country Association rules, clubs may enter Foreign Athletes (those with a non UK passport) BUT you must be a permanent resident in the UK and registered as a foreign athlete with UKA by January 1st 2015. So if you joined the club this year then you won't be eligible. Sorry I know the rules are stupid, but we're stuck with them.

Please check with me BEFORE signing up to the trip if you're concerned about being eligible to race or not.
