1066 Relay report

Three Serpie teams competed in the first-ever running of this event.

On Sunday, 15 Serpies competed in the inaugural 1066 relay, with the 3 teams of 5 running through the countryside from Pevensey Castle in East Sussex, past Herstmonceaux Castle, Battle Abbey and on to the finish in Rye. A most enjoyable day of running was had by all.

Congratulations go to Andrew Taylor for taking the leg 3 prize, and Claudio Belotti for his second place on leg 1.
