Rosenheim League Final

After a late correction to the match 5 results, our women's team have qualified for the Rosenheim league final in Tooting Bec on 10th August.

An error spotted this week, and now corrected, has meant that our women's team have moved up to third in the league and qualify for the final.

The final standings are now:

  1. Hercules Wimbledon 29 (291)
  2. Herne Hill 25 (231)
  3. Serpentine 16 (121)
  4. Belgrave 16 (120)
  5. Croydon 13 (112)
  6. Holland Sports 5 (17)

The final will take place at Tooting Bec track on Wed 10th August, starting at 18.30 and will include 2000m steeplechase, 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m, high jump, javelin, triple jump, shot put and 4x200m relay.

This is the first time there has been a women's final in this league and it's fantastic to have qualified given the small teams we've had so far at Rosenheim, so I hope to see a strong team on the day with as many of our SAL regulars as possible so that we can target the top of the podium!
