Sunday League cross country - 17 January in Watford
The next Sunday league cross country will be at 10:30am on Sunday 17 January
Location
Cassiobury Park, Langley Way, Watford WD17 3BD
The course
Both women and men will run approximately 5 miles. A short section of grass then tarmac followed by two complete laps of the woods, which may be muddy, with some hills, then a return up the big hill to the finish. Runners can look forward to some mud and trees!
The course will be marked and marshalled.
The race starts and finishes on the grass near the Cha café.
Toilet facilities are available near the paddling pool. There is also the opportunity to use facilities at West Herts - no parking there however. There are limited facilities for this race.
Parking
There is ample parking on the streets around Cassiobury Park, particularly on the Cassiobury Estate, between Parkside Drive and Hempstead Road.
