StartFitness Met League cross country - Saturday 3 December

The third meeting of the season will take place at Wormwood Scrubs on Saturday 3 December.

In division one, the Serpentine men remain in third place, but only 14 points behind Woodford Green & Essex Ladies, so we should pass them at this meeting, as long as we have a good turn out. Also, our male vets are now top of division one and it would be great to defend this position.

Please make sure that you are registered with England Athletics to compete before you come to run. You will need to give your EA competition license number to the Serpentine team manager before your race. If you do not yet have an EA competition license, please buy one now via Serpiebase.

Do not delay – processing these is a manual process for the club so it can be many days before Malcolm gets time to do this.

Marshalls needed

Help is also needed! Serpentine are jointly hosting this meeting with Thames Valley Harriers and we need six or more people to assist as marshals from 12.30 to 4pm. Please contact Ian Hodge if you can help. It's a great opportunity to see all the racing if you're unable to race for some reason!
