07/01/2009 Pilates & Conditioning Course for Runners - Boost your Marathon Training this New Year
The Serpentine Running Club is holding a four week course on Thursday evenings in the Club Room at the Seymour Centre starting at the end of January. The course is aimed at helping runners to boost their running performance by improving core stability and strengthening weak areas.
