Help make the New Year's Day 10k a great event

We will have 650+ runners entered for the Start Fitness New Year's Day 10k and 3k and really want to put a great event on for them, so if you can spare some time to help on 1 January 2017 in Hyde Park, please do sign up.

Entries open for the County Cross Country Champs

The first cross country champs for the New Year are the County Cross Country Championships which are held all held on Saturday 7th January 2016 and we enter individuals for the following county champs: Middlesex, Essex, Surrey and Kent.

Entries open for the Southerns

The South of England cross country championships (the Southerns) take place on Saturday 28th January 2017 at Parliament Hill, Hampstead Heath, London. As with all championship races, advance entry is required and the closing date for entries is Sunday 11th December.

Sunday League - 18 December at Willian

The third cross country race in this season's Sunday League will take place on Sunday, 18 December in Willian, starting at the earlier-than-usual time of 10.00am

StartFitness Met League cross country - Saturday 3 December

The third meeting of the season will take place at Wormwood Scrubs on Saturday 3 December.

2017 Club Championships

A return to the traditional format for endurance runners and some new awards for track and field athletes. The club championships give Serpies the chance to race against each other to find the best Serpentine member over the various distances and disciplines, and to create a bit of friendly intra-club rivalry!

England Athletics London Region have announced a number of additional courses for those wishing to train as a coach or official.
